TRAINING IMPLEMENTATIONS
Location: Wentworth Park
Adults of any age are welcome here at Fitness Acacia. We are dedicated to providing doable and engageable workout sessions so that everyone has a fair opportunity to improve and get fit.
The sessions will take place at Wentworth Park on Tuesday Morning (7am-8am) and Thursday Evening (6:30pm-7:30pm).
No problem. You, the customer, will receive a Zoom link to join an online workout session. This is of course optional to join, but is highly encouraged to join as consistency is one of the most important factors in improving fitness and health.
Fitness Acacia's diet spreadsheet is an extreme in depth tool you can use to track your calories, calculate your daily macronutrient and caloric intake, and gain macronutrient data from the entire Coles catalogue.
Of course you can! There is no minimum stay here at Fitness Acacia. If you're not satisfied with our service, or you don't think it's right for you, you can cancel at any time.
The free trial will start for one week. Contact us to start your free trial. You will have to pay for the subscription after that week to join Fitness Acacia.
